1 cup spinach

2 large carrots

1-2 tablespoons of chia and/or milled flax seeds

1 ripe avocado

2 sticks of celery

1 whole cucumber

1 cup basil leaves (optional)

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Sea salt (optional)

Optional Boosts (1 tablespoon each)

Camu powder – to boost vitamin C

Cod Liver Oil – anti-inflammatory

Maca root powder – helps increase body temperature, mood and stabilize hormones
