Green Powders

We recommend Moringa leaf powder for smoothies because it adds 5 grams of fiber and all the essential amino acids that make this super food a complete protein. Rich in Fiber

Another critical component of a hormone balancing, fat-burning smoothie is fiber. This smoothie contains multiple sources of fiber: Berries, Chia Seeds and Moringa.   • 1 packet B3H+® Lean Body Protein Powder
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tsp Moringa leaf powder
  • ½ frozen banana (barely ripe)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • Stevia to taste (optional)
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • ½ cup ice (optional, for thicker shake)


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
