Balance 3H Plus announces new radio show where Wellness Meets Fashion

“Ladies It’s not Our Fault, It’s Our Hormones and High Heels!” is the all new radio show where Wellness Meets Fashion. The power of fashion to influence and inspire is a hot topic in wellness circles (and vice versa). This creative collaboration between these powerful industries will premiere every Saturday afternoon between 3-4 PM on 970 AM-The Answer, starting in September.

Radio talk show hosts, Julie Sagoskin, Jacqui Justice & Lisa Avellino – all leading experts in their respective wellness and fashion industries – will be engaging thousands of women with the most stimulating, provocative and controversial discussions on wellness & Fashion, as well as other lifestyle topics that contribute to our overall sense of well-being.

The confluence of fashion and wellness, complementary industries in striking ways, will be creatively explored during the first-ever Wellness Meets Fashion Radio Talk Show, “Ladies It’s not Our Fault, It’s Our Hormones and High Heels!”

“Fashion holds a unique place in our culture-and has the power to motivate and inspire change. Add to that fact that society as a whole is waking up to the idea that absolutely everything we do affects our health and wellness and the impact fashion can have on our lives starts to crystallize,” says Julie Sagoskin, radio talk show host, and fashion expert.” At an extremely basic level that means everything we wear-and how we wear it-can affect not only our physical wellbeing but also our mental wellness.”

“Our goal is to create an experience that underscores how important and integral each industry is to the other-in an inspiring, creative way that is sure to excite and spark our listening audience.” Says Lisa Avellino, wellness, fitness and radio talk host. “Combining Julie’s creative fashion talents and insider perspective of the fashion industry, Jacquie’s nutritional and medical knowledge, and my own extraordinary understanding of how the female body functions-will create a truly unique and in-depth dialogue between us and our listening audience.”

“Fashion has the power to shift cultures and mindsets in monumental ways. Melding a wellness ethos into clothing can only serve to inspire and empower the wearer to live a healthier life. I’m thrilled to be part of this creative collaboration,” said Nutrition and medical women’s health expert Jacqui Justice, who’s acting nutritional director for Balance 3H Plus medical weight & aesthetic center for women.

The discussions on-the ways that wellness is impacting fashion (and vice versa) will serve to be a pivotal influence on all women tuning in.
